Tae Kwon Do, (LEGACY MARTIAL ARTS LLC)

Legacy Martial Arts and Team Legacy was created by Mr. Henry Beckham, Mr. Geoffrey Green Jr. and Mr. Justin Gray who are the 3 owners and instructors.  They train Regularly in the Sen Shin Kan Dojo in the art of Tae Kwon Do. 

Tae Kwon Do is a traditional Korea art.  Literally translated, it means the foot fist way.  Tae Kwon Do is not only a great physical work out, it also focuses on proper etiquette and mindset. 

They are primarily a Korean Tae Kwon Do organization, yet incorporate many different styles and theories into their training regimen.
