Tae Kwon Do is a traditional Korea art. Literally translated, it means the foot fist way. Tae Kwon Do is not only a great physical work out, it also focuses on proper etiquette and mindset.
Legacy Martial Arts and Team Legacy was created by Mr. Henry Beckham, Mr. Geoffrey Green Jr. and Mr. Justin Gray who are the 3 owners and instructors.
They are primarily a Korean Tae Kwon Do organization, yet incorporate many different styles and theories into their training regimen.
