Tai-Chi

Tai-Chi is traditional Chinese internal martial art.  Focusing on concentration, longevity and health a great form of soft martial arts training.
   
Our Tai Chi Classes teach both the Yang, Long and short form and the Chen competitive Long form.  The Tai-Chi Starts out very basic and focuses on ligament and joint conditioning of the legs.  Then we move into learning first the basic Yang Short form.  After proficiency in the short form, we move to the Yang Long form.  After Proficiency in the Yang Long form, we implement practical applications and begin the study of the Chen long form.
