Learning martial arts has got many benefits. First of all it makes our body fit and we can face adverse conditions with ease. Another important fact is that it can provide a discipline to our life and can bring a lot of positives to our character. Fighting never comes as a goal of learning martial arts but still it can be used for self protection.
