The 12th Annual Detroit Open Kendo Tournament will be held on February 13th - 14th, 2010 in Birmingham, Michigan.
The tournament will be hosted by the Detroit Kendo Dojo.
This year the distinguished tournament guests are Toru Kamei sensei Kendo Hanshi 8 Dan, Master Instructor of the Kumamoto Police Department and Shinji Funatsu sensei Kendo Kyoshi 8 Dan, Master Instructor of the Osaka Police Department. Both guests will be conducting an AUSKF Kendo Education Tour.
The enclosed packet includes tournament information and scheduling, as well as the required entry/waiver form. Please complete your entry/waiver form and submit electronically per instructions. Additionally, you must print out the completed form, sign, and mail with your tournament fees to the given address. All signed forms are due by January 25, 2010.
